E-Mobility Technician

Main responsibilities

  • Provide support in the creation, for hardware (electrical and electronic equipment) and software (operation and supervision platform), of procedures for assembly, installation, operation, and commissioning for our suppliers and customers.
  • Diagnose and evaluate technical faults.
  • Evaluate and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor ongoing installations and projects, ensuring their commissioning.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from both end customers and the sales force. Support Call Center.
  • Assist in the preparation and configuration of the back-end.
  • Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on electrical engineering, etc.
  • Previous experience is not required, although specific skills or experience in the electric mobility sector, batteries, and electric vehicles will be valued.
  • Have an intermediate level of English.
  • Possess technical competencies and skills:
    • Legal framework.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Business development. Driver’s license.
  • Geographic mobility for commissioning will be valued. The frequency may be 2 times every 6 months.
