Alberto Pérez Ruano, CEO of the Spanish-based company, will participate as a speaker in a new edition of Foro Solar, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
Madrid, September 28, 2023 – AP Executive Search, a leading Spanish recruitment firm in the renewable energy sector, has announced its sponsorship and prominent participation of its CEO, Alberto Pérez Ruano, as a speaker at the 10th edition of Foro Solar, the national reference photovoltaic event. Organized by the Spanish Photovoltaic Union (UNEF), this event commemorates its tenth anniversary and will take place on October 4 and 5 at the Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center.
Alberto Pérez Ruano, a recognized expert in headhunting within the renewable energy sector and CEO of AP Executive Search, will crucially address the labor situation in the panel titled “What challenges does ground-based plant construction face?” on October 4.

The 10th edition of Foro Solar will also address key topics for the future of the sector, including the potential of photovoltaic plants to hybridize with other technologies, the role of storage in the energy mix, and the fundamental role that green hydrogen will play in the scenario until 2030.
Furthermore, as in previous years, networking will be a crucial aspect of this 10th edition of Foro Solar. UNEF has organized a cocktail event for all attendees during the evening of October 4.
