Madrid, July 27, 2023 – The photovoltaic solar energy market is taking off in the Alpine country, and AP Executive Search is bringing its expertise in recruiting professionals, both technical and senior executives, to contribute to the development stages of photovoltaic projects.
Founded in 2019 by leading experts in promoting solar and wind projects since 2000, the company exclusively focuses on talent acquisition in the renewable energy sector. We have been filling positions there for a year and a half from our office in Madrid, and we know the sector very well,” points out the CEO.
To replicate the processes and also address the specificities of the Italian market, the company has assembled a team of local and senior professionals with extensive experience in recruiting personnel for renewable energy companies in Italy.
Their proposition is to provide comprehensive support to utility teams, energy producers, and promoting or development companies, both in Italy and neighboring countries, or even for Spanish companies looking to develop photovoltaic projects there.
